The maintenance steps for the instrument are as follows:
1. Type and number of feedback instruments
2. Sign a maintenance contract and make a 70% payment
3. On site maintenance, payment of 30% upon completion of maintenance, and issuance of invoice
The steps for instrument maintenance are as follows:
1. Send the device error code and take a screenshot of the software error code
2. Conduct preliminary fault diagnosis on the equipment, and if confirmed, provide a repair quotation
3. If unsure, the customer needs to send the faulty module for testing
4. Module fault detection takes 2 to 7 days, and the detection results are provided, along with a repair quotation
If the customer has an official testing report and sends it to us, steps 1-4 will be omitted and a repair quotation will be provided directly
6. Sign a maintenance contract and make 100% payment
7. Repair the module, with a construction period of 2-40 working days
After the repair is completed, send the repair module and invoice
9. After receiving the module, the customer will cooperate with installation and debugging. After installation and debugging are completed, the warranty will last for six months from today
